Designer Fitness
fitness assessment comprises of 11 tests:
BLOOD PRESSURE TEST - this
test is done electronically and will give a reading of your systolic
and diastolic.
RESTING PULSE RATE - this test is done electronically
and will give a reading of your heart rate while in a rested
state.
BODY FAT PERCENTAGE - a simple test using state of the
art equipment, this will give details of your body composition in a matter
of seconds!.
Electrode pads are attached to your hand and foot and sends
a small current through your body which you won't be able to feel giving
a break down
of body fat percentage, target body fat percentage, basal
metabolic rate and your required calorie count.
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT EVALUATION - an accurate assessment
of your height and weight.
LUNG FUNCTION - using an instrument called a Peak Flow
Meter, measurements can be taken for lung strength and is
also a popular entry level measurement
of lung function.
BMI - Body Mass Index is used
UPPER AND LOWER BODY STRENGTH TESTS - these tests are
done using multi joint upper and lower body exercises to
failure.
ABDOMINAL STRENGTH TEST - a test that is devised to determine
your abdominal strength.
CARDIO-VASCULAR FITNESS TEST - a
test that will determine your current fitness levels taking
your heart rate at different times during cardio
exercise
GIRTH MEASUREMENTS - a great way to determine whether
or not you have lost inches of your new body!
