Please choose from the following list two tasks to complete for the next two months.

1) When the phone rings answer it upstairs instead of downstairs but make sure you ’re quick!

2) Take the dog for a walk everyday and if you do that already go that extra street!

3) Climb the stairs two at a time as opposed to one!

4) Get your partner to hide the television remote control! That will make you get up to change the channel yourself!

5) Walk to the local shops instead of taking the car!

6) Take the stairs instead of the lift!

7) Walk everywhere at a faster pace!

8) Once you have finished with something return it back to its original place!

9) Use your other floor bathroom i.e. go upstairs instead of downstairs if you are already downstairs!

 

Now that you have read through the list make a solid commitment to yourself and stick to the 2 or more that you have chosen.
